know me
I’m a product and conversation designer with a decade of experience shaping AI interactions at Meta, Intuit, and PullString. My path into tech was fairly indirect. I began as a professional stage actor, performing at major theaters across the Bay Area. Then I joined a startup called ToyTalk and connected my background in character and dialogue with the emerging field of conversational design.
Since then, I’ve designed voice assistants, enterprise chatbots, and multimodal AI experiences for smart glasses. I've expanded my skills to become a design generalist, equally comfortable in the worlds of content, conversation, and product design. From Figma to terminal, intent systems to LLM prompts, from the words users hear to the screens they see, I care deeply about making interactions feel natural and keeping experiences simple but compelling.
I live in Tucson with my wife, two kids, two dogs, and a guitar I noodle on whenever I get the chance. I’m currently looking for my next role. Ideally one where conversation design intersects with broader product work; where the problems are creative and complex.
